Marigot Bay, St. Lucia

Anyone remember the original Dr. Doolittle? Well, here is where the movie was filmed. St. Lucia is one of my favorite islands and I can’t wait to visit it again someday. If you’d like to see and experience one of the most beautiful tropical islands in the Caribbean with plenty to do…..look no farther! Marigot Bay was once considered one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean. I can remember pulling up to the island and seeing young island boys diving into the water and catching fish bare handed. They say this island knows no homeless because food grows everywhere and the weather is amazing. And, there’s a dormant volcano, Qualibou, also known as The Soufriere Volcanic Center. The Sulphur Springs area is a geothermal field with mud baths and hot springs. The last eruption was in 1766, but the volcano remains dormant for now. 

Phi Phi Islands

I’m not sure any islands are as beautiful as those found in the Southern Seas. Phi Phi is truly tropical paradise.
